Gold Sooq Guide collects a small amount of anonymous usage data to understand which features are used. It is sent to our own server, not to any advertising or analytics company, and it is never linked to you.

What is sent: the name of an action you took (for example that a calculation was performed or a guide section was opened), a few fixed settings that describe it (such as the karat and weight unit selected), the app and iOS version, and an anonymous per-install code. That code is a one-way hash of a random number the app makes up for itself — it is not your Apple ID, not your name, and not an identifier Apple ties to your device.

What is never sent: your shop quotes, your notes, your photos, or anything you type. Those stay on your device.

What the App Stores Locally

The app fetches live gold prices from a public API (metals.live). This request does not include any personal information or device identifiers.

No Tracking, No Third-Party Analytics

Gold Sooq Guide uses no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. The usage data described above goes only to our own server. Nothing is shared with data brokers, used to build a profile of you, or used to track you across other apps or websites.

Crash and Performance Diagnostics

If the app crashes, freezes or misbehaves, iOS gives us a diagnostic report through Apple’s MetricKit: a stack trace, plus the app build, the iOS version and the processor type. Before it leaves your device the app rebuilds that report from a fixed list of things it recognises, so what reaches us describes the fault and not you. It is kept for 90 days and used only to fix the problem.

The anonymous usage and diagnostic data described above is collected from all users. It contains nothing that identifies a person, and it is never used to track anyone or shared with third parties.

يجمع تطبيق Gold Sooq Guide قدراً محدوداً من بيانات الاستخدام المجهولة لمعرفة الميزات الأكثر استخداماً. تُرسل إلى خادمنا الخاص فقط، وليست مرتبطة بك.

ما يُرسل: اسم الإجراء الذي قمت به، وإعدادات ثابتة تصفه مثل العيار ووحدة الوزن، وإصدار التطبيق ونظام التشغيل، ورمز مجهول خاص بكل تثبيت. هذا الرمز ناتج تشفير أحادي الاتجاه لرقم عشوائي ينشئه التطبيق بنفسه، وليس معرّف Apple ولا اسمك.

ما لا يُرسل أبداً: عروض المحلات، أو ملاحظاتك، أو صورك، أو أي نص تكتبه. تبقى جميعها على جهازك.

ما يحفظه التطبيق محلياً

تفضيلاتك (اللغة، آخر عيار تم اختياره) — تُحفظ على جهازك.
تقدم قائمة التحقق — يُحفظ محلياً على جهازك.
عروض المحلات والصور — تُحفظ محلياً. الصور لا تُرفع أبداً.
أسعار الذهب المخزنة مؤقتاً — تُحفظ محلياً للاستخدام بدون إنترنت.

لا تغادر أي من هذه البيانات جهازك.

طلبات الشبكة

يجلب التطبيق أسعار الذهب اللحظية من واجهة برمجة عامة (metals.live). هذا الطلب لا يتضمن أي معلومات شخصية.

لا تتبع ولا تحليلات من طرف ثالث

لا يستخدم التطبيق أي أدوات إعلانية أو تحليلات أو تتبع من طرف ثالث. بيانات الاستخدام المذكورة أعلاه تُرسل إلى خادمنا وحده، ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة أخرى ولا تُستخدم لتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.

تشخيص الأعطال والأداء

عند تعطل التطبيق أو توقفه، يزوّدنا نظام iOS بتقرير تشخيصي عبر MetricKit يتضمن أثر الاستدعاءات وإصدار التطبيق ونظام التشغيل ونوع المعالج. قبل مغادرة جهازك يعيد التطبيق بناء هذا التقرير من قائمة ثابتة يعرفها، بحيث يصف العطل لا شخصك. يُحفظ لمدة تسعين يوماً ويُستخدم لإصلاح المشكلة فقط.
