Gold Sooq Guide
Gold Sooq Guide collects a small amount of anonymous usage data to understand which features are used. It is sent to our own server, not to any advertising or analytics company, and it is never linked to you.
What is sent: the name of an action you took (for example that a calculation was performed or a guide section was opened), a few fixed settings that describe it (such as the karat and weight unit selected), the app and iOS version, and an anonymous per-install code. That code is a one-way hash of a random number the app makes up for itself — it is not your Apple ID, not your name, and not an identifier Apple ties to your device.
What is never sent: your shop quotes, your notes, your photos, or anything you type. Those stay on your device.
None of this data leaves your device.
The app contacts five servers, and only these five:
All of these except our own analytics server carry no personal information and no device identifier. Like any request your phone makes to any website, they do see the IP address it comes from; we do not receive that and neither we nor they can identify you from it.
Tapping a link to a news site, a shop, or the Dubai Jewellery Group opens it in Safari. That is a normal web visit and this policy does not cover what those sites do.
Gold Sooq Guide uses no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. The usage data described above goes only to our own server. Nothing is shared with data brokers, used to build a profile of you, or used to track you across other apps or websites.
If the app crashes, freezes or misbehaves, iOS gives us a diagnostic report through Apple’s MetricKit: a stack trace, plus the app build, the iOS version and the processor type. Before it leaves your device the app rebuilds that report from a fixed list of things it recognises, so what reaches us describes the fault and not you. It is kept for 90 days and used only to fix the problem.
The app does not require sign-up, login, or any form of registration.
The anonymous usage and diagnostic data described above is collected from all users. It contains nothing that identifies a person, and it is never used to track anyone or shared with third parties.

لا تغادر أي من هذه البيانات جهازك.
يتصل التطبيق بخمسة خوادم فقط لا غير:
جميع هذه الخوادم عدا خادم التحليلات الخاص بنا لا تتضمن أي معلومات شخصية ولا أي معرّف للجهاز. ومثل أي طلب يرسله هاتفك إلى أي موقع، فإنها ترى عنوان الإنترنت الصادر منه، ونحن لا نستلمه، ولا يمكننا ولا يمكنها التعرف عليك من خلاله.
عند الضغط على رابط لموقع إخباري أو متجر أو مجموعة دبي للمجوهرات، يُفتح الرابط في متصفح سفاري. هذه زيارة اعتيادية للويب ولا تشملها هذه السياسة.
لا يستخدم التطبيق أي أدوات إعلانية أو تحليلات أو تتبع من طرف ثالث. بيانات الاستخدام المذكورة أعلاه تُرسل إلى خادمنا وحده، ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة أخرى ولا تُستخدم لتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.
عند تعطل التطبيق أو توقفه، يزوّدنا نظام iOS بتقرير تشخيصي عبر MetricKit يتضمن أثر الاستدعاءات وإصدار التطبيق ونظام التشغيل ونوع المعالج. قبل مغادرة جهازك يعيد التطبيق بناء هذا التقرير من قائمة ثابتة يعرفها، بحيث يصف العطل لا شخصك. يُحفظ لمدة تسعين يوماً ويُستخدم لإصلاح المشكلة فقط.
تُجمع بيانات الاستخدام والتشخيص المجهولة الموصوفة أعلاه من جميع المستخدمين. لا تتضمن أي شيء يحدد هوية شخص، ولا تُستخدم أبداً لتتبع أي أحد، ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث.
